It is established by count Sergey Dmitrievichem Sheremetev in 1914.


The author of the project academician Nikolay Zaharovich Panov.

The bronze bust is cast in Guido Nelli's Petersburg workshop from the original of sculptor K.Mejer. On a pedestal - the torches cast in bronze and the arms of princes Vjazemsky, symbolizing prosperity and continuity of traditions of a sort.
