National Palace of Pena, Sintra, Quenn´s Room
Portugal

The Queen's Room was created from the limitations imposed by the structure of the ancient hieronimite monastery, this division only became the main bedroom after the death of Queen Maria II, since until that date the royal quarters were planned for the Torreão do Palácio Novo. The Main Room would, however, end up hosting the two figures that most marked the palace's history: King D. Fernando II (who shared it with the Countess d'Edla) and Queen D. Amélia.
