The national park is located but territories of two administrative areas of Republic Tatarstan. Borders of national park included 17,8 thousand in hectares (68,7 total areas) grounds of the wood fund, given to national park, and 8,1 thousand in hectares (31,3) grounds of other proprietors, owners and users without withdrawal from economic use. Among them 7,1 thousand in hectares (27,4) grounds of agricultural purpose. The wood grounds borrow 64,7 territories of park, including covered with a wood? 16,3 thousand in hectares (63,1). Borders of national park are adjoined with inhabited files of the cities of Elabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny,Nignekamsk.
