The name of the town of Novigrad may sound not so promising but the old town is, despite some corners with socialistic concrete charme that matches the name, actually quite pleasant. Absolutely worthwhile are the ascent of the 120 steps to the top of the tar (tower) and a walk along the water line around the city.
