Oceanographic Park - Valencia
València

Go to www.sitopano.net

The Oceanographic Park is a vast center of 110,000 square meters divided into themed areas representing different marine ecosystems. No fewer than 42 million liters of water are needed to accommodate more than 500 species of fishes (nearly 50,000), marine mammals (walrus, sea lions, dolphins, beluga, whales ...) and wetland birds who live in the nature reserve of Albufera in Valencia. The water comes from the sea by a system of abstraction and, in case of contamination, an alternative system enables the production of salt water through two synthesis plants installed on site for fishes and other mammals sailors.
