In 2010 the world largest beer-festival had its 200 years anniversary.
A small area was built to show the visitors some historic stuff.
Beside some old carrousels and also many small historic parts, a big racecourse was built, and of course some horse races where shown.
The reason for founding the Oktoberfest has been a horse race in Oktober 1810 at exactly the same place: The Theresienwiese (as it was a meadow in former times).
