Vecchio mulino nel parco fluviale del torrente Centa. L'edificio in primo piano ospitava il mulino e l'abitazione del mugnaio; quello più vicino al bosco era un deposito. Il muretto davanti ai due edifici conteneva un orto. Tra l'orto e il mulino scorreva un piccolo torrente che alimentava il mulino.
