昆明2012拦车救狗行动


2012年4月22日被人们发现有拉运犬只的货车要经过昆明,最后被爱狗的爱心人士在派出所协助下拦下车辆,经执法部门查验车辆手续合法,在派出所门口聚集数百人拦车,最终车主把价值12万元的狗狗以半价交给爱心团体。
此事在昆明电视媒体的报道和介入下,成为很有影响力的一个事件,甚至被境外网站关注。

当随着经济发展,人们对生命和平等的思考会更多,此次事件的正面意义是唤起了人们对这个方面的意识和思考。很多志愿者全心全力地支持本次活动付出很多,值得赞赏。

值得我们思考的是,如果是正义的事件,为何要以群体事件方式去解决,或许这里面牵扯到我们的法律法规滞后问题。另外在有合法手续前提下,司机的个人权益在派出所都不能得到保障,这是本次事件的一大悲哀。最后,当地媒体一味渲染爱心的感动,并没有正确疏导理性思想。

正义的事件,一定要用经得起推敲的方式去执行,这样可以得到更多的支持而不是导致价值观差异群体的进一步分化。

不管怎样讲,此次事件,带给人们很多思考,现场带来的感受说明社会对生命平等重要性有了更多的需求。
