开山：
此地名开山，位于对松山与十八盘起始点之间。
泰山十八盘在对松山北。高阜之上，双崖夹道，旧称云门，今名开山，为清乾隆末年改建盘道时所辟。十八盘自此而始。
泰山十八盘是泰山登山盘路中最险要的一段，共有1827级，是泰山的主要标志之一。明朝祁承濮曾有一诗描写其景：“拔地五千丈，冲霄十八盘。径丛穷处见，向天隙中观。重累行如画，孤悬峻若竿。生平饶胜具，此日骨犹寒。”
