Bad Dürkheimer Riesenfass

The barrel (Fass) is the biggest one worldwide, with a diameter of 13,5 meter and a volume of 1.700.000 liter. Built from 200 fir trees in 1934. It hosts a restaurant for up to 430 visitors. It is next to ground where the yearly (September) fun fair (Wurstmarkt) is held.
