The picture shows the Riffelsee (lake) in front of the Matterhorn in Switzerland. The altitude of the location is 2.789 meters. The Gornergrat railway is very close, therefore this location is very poular for tourists: They exit the railway at the station Rotenboden and walk downhill towards the next station Riffelberg to see this beatiful location. The "small" mountain left to the lake is called Riffelhorn.

Eine tolle Tour über den Furgg und den oberen Theodulgletscher in Zermatt mit der anschliessenden Besteigung des Breithorns. Die Tour wurde durch den Anbieter hoehenfiber.ch organisiert.
