At 2 km from the village of Santa Claus in the depths of the hill Syvasenvaara is the most mysterious cave «Sanata Park» (Joulumaailma) - an amusement park full of surprises and attractions. In many rooms «Sanata Park» is the school Elf - Santa's helpers, the workshops for the production of cakes, toys, underground train, post office of Santa Claus and of course Santa Claus himself, with whom you can talk and be photographed. Finnish language is cool, it's totally unrelated to the whole Latin-root thing. Its closest relative is Hungarian. Linguistic historians estimate that it came from northern central Russia from 3000BC.

Apart from Lappland, the other thing most people are familiar with out of Finland is aquavite. Literally it translates to "water of life" but it may make you feel more like you are dying when it hits your throat.
