Skarnu (Butchers’) Street is one of the most beautiful streets in the old town – St. Peter’s (Petera) Church, St. George’s (Jura) Church (previously a part of the first Order’s Castle, the oldest stone building in Old Riga), the complex of John’s (Jana) Church with the remains of medieval houses and the Dominican Order monastery, and Konventa Seta are all located here.
