Stafelwald 1
Switzerland

Stafelwald, at the edge of the village, is an area of national forest in Saas-Fee, Switzerland, where marmots can be found. They like to be fed fresh carrots, lettuce and peanuts throughout the summer. In winter, these friendly animals hibernate for between 6 and 8 months. From mid-April, they will be seen again.
