the British Mountain Camp - overview

This is called "gabal el elngliz" or the mountain of the British .. during world war II the british army set up a camp for their Soldiers overviewing the entire area of the oases at the highest point above this mountain .. some parts of the old camp are still standing there.

Egypt ; Arabic: مصر‎, Miṣr or Máṣr) is a country mainly in North Africa, with the Sinai Peninsula forming a land bridge in Western Asia.
