The King Bele statue, Balestrand Sognefjord - NORWAY

In 1913, the German emperor William II gave this statue of King Bele to the Norwegian people. Across the fjord he built the statue of Fritjov Den Frøkne, who was in love with the beautiful daughter of King Bele.

The statue is in Balestrand Park.
