Venetian Lighthouse of Chania
Chania

The lighthouse of chania is located at the end of the pier on the east side of the enterance to the chania old harbor.The original lighthouse was built by the Benetians in 1570. The present one was built by the Egiptians on the original base circa 1830-40.
