Viewpoint at La Cruz, Guanacaste

The village of La Cruz is near the northwest pinnacle of the Guanacaste National Park in Costa Rica. Light blue stone benches decorate the Parque Central, where shade trees provide a welcome respite from the midday heat. At the edge of the cliff, 100 meters away, the "New Mirador" project restored by the local government opens to the grandiose panoramic view of the pacific bay of Bahia Salinas. On a clear day you can see all the way to the Isla Bolanos Game Preserve from the ViewPoint.
