This is the pass called Volosi Sayana (Hairs of Sayan) It is called so because of its location on the northwest of the gigantic rock called Spyashiy Sayan. The  Spyashiy Sayan (Sleeping Sayan) rock is called so for its shape which is similar to a sleeping man lying on his back
