九曲黄河第一湾位于四川省若尔盖县唐克乡，是个新兴的旅游区，距若尔盖县64公里。
第一湾最佳观景处——索克藏寺后面的小山顶，海拔约4000米。游人沿着依山而建的实木行道，拾阶而上，登高远眺，及山顶方可见其最美景色，滔滔黄河水从青海、甘肃流到四川若尔盖县唐克乡，绕了个180度的大湾又折回甘肃、青海，宛如一条条飘带拂过唐克金银滩，索克藏寺恰好处于这个大湾的顶端。
