Yicyun Bridge is the first white steel arch bridge across the Houjin Stream in Zinan District. It has a length of 85 meters and width of 24.5 meters. It connects Lantian Road with Yicyun Road, thus easing the traffic for Zinan's industrial area. Its main structure has a basket bridge-type construction design which is rarely seen in Taiwan. The bridge earned the 2009 National Construction Award of Excellence. Its beautiful shape blends well with the waterfront ecological landscape making it stand out from the Houjin Stream.
