Marina Zea, is a place with great historical importance as it is the home of the Maritime Museum, recognizable by the old submarine at the entrance of the port. The land area of the marina area covers approximately 40 acres with aprox 5000 sq. m. building facilities that can offer modern and upgraded services such as restaurants, bars, cafe and shops. The maritime area of the marina occupies an area 225 acres and can accommodate a total of 670 vessels to 80 feet and 6 feet draft at a fixed and floating docks which have all modern amenities.
