Barga - Lucca, Italy
Toscana

Barga is one of those places that is worth exploring calmly, walking through streets and alleys like that of photography to discover its most hidden corners, breathing the typical Garfagnana atmosphere and admiring the panorama that can be seen between the roofs. Much loved by the Scots for ancient migration stories, it was adopted by the writer Giovanni Pascoli as his adopted city. It is on the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

In the foreshortening of the immortalized alleys, a white and red signal can be seen in the foreground, a sign that one of the Garfaganana treks passes through here.

More About Toscana
