Guggenheim Museum, Nervion River, Bilbao, Spain
Northern Spain
On October 1997, King John Charles I of Spain inaugurated at Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain this amazing museum, Guggenheim. The building was designed by the Canadian Architect Frank Gehry. Its amazing structure, metallic, looks like a silver building. The location where the Museum was built is a beautiful area of Bilbao, at the shore of Nervión River. Majors of Bilbao, during the last decade, have made an effort to refurbish one of the most important cities of Spain.
