Taipei 228 Memorial Museum in Taipei 228 Peace Memorial Park.

February 28, 1947, Taiwan's "two hundred twenty-eight incident" broke out. February 27, the KMT army and police killed in Taipei traders petition for tax cuts. February 28, Taipei citizens strikes, marches petitions repression Kuomintang authorities will again aroused the anger of the people of the province, the outbreak of large-scale armed insurrection. Within days, the people riot control most places in Taiwan.
