The Nowe Planty park in Chelmno, created 1834 in the former town moat. Close to the almost completely well-preserved city wall, the Planty survived two wars and the Communist regime and is still one of the favourite recreation places for the inhabitants as well as tourists. Even the decorative elements survived till today.
