The Independence Statue in Iasi celebrates the 100th anniversary of the 1877 independence of Romania. Designed by Gabriela Manole Adoc and Gheorghe Adoc, it is made of bronze with travertine plinths and is 17m high.

The statue is located on Independence Square (Piata Independentie)
