At the top of Glen Pass after climbing 22 ft to elevation 12,000 ft (the pass itself is at 11,978). Once called "Blue Flower Pass," it was renamed in 1905 for US Forest Service Ranger Glen H. Crow. Mt. Clarence King and Mt. Cotter are visible to the North, Rae Lakes below to the East with Black Mountain above, and the Sphinx Crest rises to the southeast, capped by Mt. Brewer.
