莱阳梨：
蜚声海内外的莱阳梨，亦称茌梨，因产于莱阳市而得名，是山东省的著名特产之一。莱阳梨含糖量高达9.76%， 比一般梨高2~3%，并含有各种有机酸、维生素等营养成分。“莱阳梨膏”、“止咳糖浆”是治疗支气管炎、伤风咳嗽的良药。
梨文化：1991年市政府确定每年4月20日为梨花节——春天赏花，千树梨花千树雪；2007年9月28日，首届梨乡风情旅游节盛大开幕——秋天尝梨，硕果累累梨园飘香。梨园花海，名闻遐迩。梨乡风情，诚邀宾朋。
莱阳梨列入山东地理标志品牌，中国地理标志注册名录。注册号：1219975；商品名称：梨；注册人：莱阳市果树技术指导站；地域范围：山东省莱阳市境内，具体范围在莱阳市五龙河流域。
