Guandu Temple

關渡宮是臺灣北部最古老的媽袓廟,其歷史背景可以追朔到清順治年間,由開山石興和尚自福建奉請聖母來臺,當時名稱為「天妃廟」,其後乾隆、道光、光緒年間多次整修,於第5次重修並遷建現址,自石興和尚來臺已有340年以上的歷史。

關渡宮殿內、殿外的石牆、石柱、石獅,都雕滿了歷史故事,作品細膩壯觀。關渡宮的祭典是每年農曆3月23,元宵節和中元節普渡也是年度大事,來自各地參拜的人潮絡繹不絕。由於香火鼎盛,關渡宮不斷擴建,除聖母殿、觀音殿、文昌殿外並有古佛洞,廣渡寺、鼓樓、鐘樓等,面積廣大。
