Lake Garda in northern Italy is quite an amazing place.

The lake itself is just 65m above sea level and it is about 50km long.

Malcesine is one of the gateways to the surrounding mountains which are up to 2200m high. From Malcesine you can take a gondola up to Monte Baldo.

It is an area for all kinds of sports from watersports (surfing, rowing, sailing) to mountain and road biking as well as hiking and climbing.
