Lutheran church of the Redeemer, Old city of Jerusalem, Israel.
Middle East

Also known as the German church, is located about 100 meters,

south east of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus is presumed to be buried.

This is a Hand held panorama using a Philopod, Nikon D90 and Nikkor 10.5mm fisheye lens.

Modern civilization began right here in the Tigris-Euphrates river valley.
