Efforts are currently under way to add a new mortar layer on the old medieval church in the Tveit in Kristiansand Norway. The old layer is removed and the original blocks were used in the walls can be viewed for the first time for a long time. Tveit Church was built in the Romanesque style in 1100s. The main hall and choir is more than 800 years. The current tower was built in 1831. The Armory is from 1867 when it was original added to the nave. The sacristy as it is today is from 1827.
