When you're in the mood to watch groups of identically-dressed English savages do things to each other with beer glasses you've never seen before, Old Town Square is a good place to go, and the Irish Bar there is the perfect spot.
The beer is overpriced, but worth it for the view, and they even do English Breakfast on the weekend. Be sure not to stare too much at the boys hitting each other on the head, or they might hit you on the head.
