六塊厝漁港位於屯山社區，旁有大屯溪經過，社區居民大多以農漁業為主，民間信仰則以玄天上帝為主，祈求漁獲量豐收。至於六塊厝漁港的觀光與休閒方面，不僅可以看到傳統的石滬，還有擺放漁具、漁網的罟寮及九孔養殖場，同時可讓一般對漁業並不熟悉的遊客瞭解傳統的漁業文化及九孔養殖情形。此外，這裡最特殊的景象，就是港口外海底佈滿礁岩，退潮時礁間常有許多貝類、魚蝦、海菜等等，因此可見當地民眾在岸邊進行採集，相當特殊。
