加羅湖是加羅湖中最大的一個湖，位於宜蘭縣四季山區，很漂亮的高山湖泊，也是太加縱走必經之處。湖邊遼闊，適合多頂帳棚。四周水流匯集到湖中，很不幸的，四周到處都是地雷區，便便到處是，湖水看似乾淨，其實儼然是個"化糞湖"。
