Stadt Besigheim an Neckar und Enz, Landkreis Ludwigsburg, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Weinbauort mit Stadtmauer und Stadttuermen: Marktplatz mit Stadtapotheke, Dreigiebelhaus, Brunnen, und Marktfassade des 550 Jahre alten Rathauses. Figur auf dem Marktbrunnen, auch Jörgle genannt: Standbild eines Markgrafen von Baden mit Badischem Wappen, von Bildhauer Ernst Machold.

Anscheinend hat auch Barack Obama, Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, seine Wurzeln in Besigheim. Ein Vorfahre auf seiner Mutter’s Seite, Johann Conrad Wölfle, wurde im Jahre 1729 in Besigheim geboren.
