When I climbed up on the top of the Tsuzuraiwa-rock, a breathtaking view of mountains was lying in front of me. I spent 2 hours to get there (960 m high above sea level) from the foot of the mountain 400 m ASL). The rock (70 m high)is famous for rock-climbers, but there is no climber on the day. I could reach to the top of the rock via a roundabout route from the east side of the rock. You can see Mt. Odake (1257 m) in the NW direction.
