Bei den Magellan Terrassen handelt es sich um einen etwa 5000 Quadratmeter großen Platz, einem Amphitheater ähnlich, von dem sich ein Blick auf den Traditionsschiffhafen in der HafenCity bietet. Der Platz lädt zum Verweilen ein und wird auch für kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt.
