Das römische Theater von Aizanoi schließt sich im Norden direkt an das Stadion an und bildet mit ihm eine Einheit. Erbaut in der römischen Kaiserzeit, liegt es heute fernab der Touristenströme und die alte Bedeutung des Ortes ist nur schwer vorstellbar.
