This place called the "Fruitmarkt" (Fruit market place) is situated nearby the Sint-Quintinus cathedral. The statue is made by the artist Raf(aël) Verjans and is called the "Sole Orto Memorial", what means something like "after sunset" or "dawn" in latin.
