Die Geschichte der Patronatskirche ist lange Zeit von Pleiten, Pech und Pannen geprägt gewesen.

1969 stürzte das Gewölbe ein.
Trotzdem war die Kirche stets der Mittelpunkt des Dorfes und hat seit jeher viel Engagement erfahren.
