Lots of sunspots can only mean northern lights. The night start to get lighter and lighter as the summer gets closer, but still the aurorae can outshine the sky. Not for long though.

It's a clear-ish winter night. the temperature drops to -25 Celsius. Some frozen mist drifts from the Kasurila skiing center to encompass the whole frozen scenery.

Moon lits the frosty landscape, in the distance some light pillars can be seen reaching up to the starry skies. This is the northernmost area of the longest continuous esker in Finland.
