In my opinion the corner of Hay and William street is the center of the city of Perth. Central Park is across the road and adjacent is the Wesley Church.

Although the other panoramas in this series feature quite more epic scenery. This was my favourite shot of the day just because of how the light was playing off the rug on the floor and off the walls in various ways.
