Gawthorpe Hall maintained by the NT and the local Council, is a museum for textiles and needle craft. They don't allow photography inside, so you will have to visit to see the collections. The Rose gardens.

Rufford Old Hall is a typical 16 Century Great Hall, used for all the activities required to mange and control a local population. The original doors have now become windows, and the building extended.
