In this garden, "Robai village", more than one thousand wintersweet trees have been planted. Sweet smells fill the area. It is unusual for me to see many yellow flowers on snow.

Many Wintersweet trees, Robai in Japanese, have been planted in this area, "Robai village". The trees were plated originally to product cut flowers of Wintersweet. About 10 years ago, the area was opened for visitors.
