The Red Rock Parkway, Waterton Lakes National Park, winds up to the Red Rock Canyon. The road is surrounded by alpine meadows and mountain peaks. This area is well known for its striking bedrock colours.

It is a long three mile hike to Magnificent. Notice all of the false peaks along the ridge. There is a lot of up and down in both directions, but it is worth the hike. All of the false peaks provide amazing views.

On the way to Mount Magnificent from Mile Hi Trailhead. I took this pano just before entering the cloud ceiling. It is nice to see all of the peaks, but it is also quite enjoyable hiking through the clouds.
