The ruins of Kindos are at the western top of the Reşadiye peninsula. In the 7th century BC the city belonged to the Doric sea alliance. Two harbours are seperated by a small connection to a protective mountain.

Located a fair distance from the center of Tikal, Temple 6 is fantastic off by itself. We saw four monkeys hanging out in the trees across on the other side of the pyramid. Super cool.
