桜堤には おおよそ900mに渡ってソメイヨシノが植えられている。まだ気は小さいが、樹高が低い分、花が近くで見られます。平坦なので、子供からお年寄りまで、ゆったりと散歩しながら散歩が楽しめます。場所によっては富士山も見れます。

水源公園内を流れる矢作川右岸には、約500本の桜が植えられています。4月初旬になると、あたり一面がみごとな桜色に染まり、幽玄な風景を繰り広げる、豊田市内でも有数の花見スポットです。青空の下はもちろん、ライトアップされて水面に映し出される桜並木の風景も見事です。 桜の開花時期には「水源春まつり」や「矢作川舟遊び」などで楽しむことができます。お花見や散策を楽しむ人で大いににぎわいます。（豊田市観光協会）

Every spring I get the ugre to take panoramas from inside flowering trees. This is part of the 2012 edition. Taken with a small camera on a 10-foot pole that rested in the crotch of the tree.
