淡水漁人碼頭法定名稱為淡水第二漁港，完工於民國 76 年，陸域面積約為 15 公頃，水域面積約為 11 公頃，合計 26 公頃。漁人碼頭位於淡水河出海口的右岸，東有綿延的大屯山山脈，西南邊隔著淡水河與觀音山相望，由於位於淡水河最前端的河海交界處，因此視野遼闊，來到這裡可看山又可看海，一切美景盡收眼底。

Snow dog training for yearly control of their masters. Happen 5/6 times each winter in different places to check masters and dogs are still perfectly trained for snow search of skiers and hikers.
